I weighed myself this morning, and I’m 10 stone 7.
AHH!
I weighed myself on Saturday and I was 10 stone 3! This is a nightmare.
To be fair, I’ve had a horrendously unhealthy weekend full of alcohol, crisps and chocolate, but even so I didn’t think I’d put on 4 pounds!
I’m going to try and have a healthy week, and eat lots of fruit when I’m peckish before I go digging around the treats cupboard.
I guess this is all part of the process, but I hope I can knock that weight off again….
