That’s right. I’m making doughnuts! I’m very excited. I’ve made them once before and they turned out to be DELICIOUS! Tomorrow there are lots of rugby matches on, so I’m making them as an in-game snack for my family. I’m a little concerned because I’m going to make the dough ahead of time, freeze it, and then defrost and cook them tomorrow. I’m currently up to the stage where they have been shaped and are doing a second prove. They’re soon to go into the freezer and I’m terrified I’m going to mess them up, because when I made them before they were SO good!
