Today I made 3 types of ‘bread twists’ as I call them:
– green pesto
– lime and ginger chutney
– rosemary and sea salt
They’re very easy to make – all you need is a simple white dough (flour, salt, water and yeast) and after the first prove you cut the dough into strips, put your flavourings on one strip, and twist that strip together with a plain one.
Let them prove for 20 minutes, cook for ten, and voila!
They’re all extremely yummy!
